The European Festival Awards – set to take place on January 11 2017 in Groningen, The Netherlands – has revealed the shortlists for its eighth edition. An illustrious celebration of the continent’s most vibrant live events, the EFA features a gala dinner, prestigious awards ceremony, and select showcase performances from some of the most exciting new acts poised to conquer 2017. The European Festival Awards crowns the first night of the emerging talent festival Eurosonic Noorderslag, and is run in cooperation with Yourope.
