New phase of development for Coemar

Coemar have announced a new phase in its development, with a rethink of its position on international markets. Say Coemar: "Following a period when Group strategy had effectively moved its decision-making elsewhere, we have now relocated the centre of all operations - management, engineering, sales, marketing e-communications - to Italy and the results have quickly become apparent. What is more, the management reshuffle gave precedence to in-house human resources, which are the true strength of the company, and laid the foundation for a growth which has proved to be steady and rapid on all fronts."
The company say that funding from international investment guarantees distributors and customers alike that the company can now concentrate exclusively on its core business: manufacturing innovative lighting technology systems.
Together with its operational autonomy, Coemar has also regained its manufacturing efficiency, thrust and competitiveness and the development of new products and new technology has been given fresh impetus, and expansion into emerging markets is proceeding apace.
Spearheading the company's fresh start are two highly experienced managers, Cesare Tocchio and Massimo Fontanesi, Chairman and Managing Director respectively. Together with Fausto Orsatti (sales manager), Chiara Pellicelli (marketing) and Mauro Favalli (in charge of production planning, engineering and the factory), the company believe they have the right people in the right place. The team is completed by: Giorgio Radice (Sales Manager Italy), Alessandro Caldarera (specialist in ready-to-use projects and installations), Bruno Dedoro, an outside consultant on new projects who needs no introduction, Paolo Stefani, Cristina Zucchi, Maya Gatova (export sales), Mario Contili and Massimo Benetti (marketing), Rosanna Oneda and Eva Kristova (Italian sales), Maurizio Pasotti, Patrick Menozzi, Mario Auletta and Carlo Ghizzi (customer service).
