Kolding has held the post for six years, a period in which he oversaw a dramatic growth in the company, more than doubling its size since 1998. Today Martin Professional is positioned as one of the world«s leading suppliers of intelligent lighting equipment to the entertainment industry. Under Kolding's directorship, the company has also realised the emergence of a flourishing architectural lighting division.

Kolding has found this the right moment to hand over the reins to a new top executive and is expected to persue other interests following his departure.
