Peter Lima of Sound Dymax, one of the leading names in Canadian sound reinforcement, goes further: "The Boa Redux is, in the opinion of a great many people, the best club in Canada. British DJ Paul Oakenfold, who performed recently at the Boa Redux, was equally enthusiastic: "Never during a show have I heard so clearly the difference between vinyl discs and CDs - a fantastic system." As well as the brilliance of its sound, the Alpha System, which is manufactured in Straubing and designed for top-flight clubs, has the requisite power for large clubs.

Commented Lima: "The Alpha can deliver higher sound pressure levels than most clients will ever need. We started out at the Boa Redux premiere with 130 dB before turning it down to 115 dB. That left us plenty of power in reserve for bursts."
