    ARC 05 announce seminar plans
Mondiale Publishing, organisers of ARC 05, the architectural, retail and corporate lighting show, has secured the backing of RIBA for its seminar programme during the exhibition. All seminars taking place during the exhibition will now be RIBA (Royal Institute of British Architects) approved CPD and will all be related to lighting topics for architects. There are a number of lighting related CPD seminars available, ranging from office and retail lighting to the psychology of lighting and LEDs. Any companies and individuals who are RIBA approved CPD providers are encouraged to submit proposals to Paul James, the editor of mondo*arc.

ARC 05 takes place on February 14th and 15th at the Business Design Centre, Islington, London. It will be the only lighting exhibition in the UK specifically targeted at architects and designers. A seminar theatre is to be built on the exhibition floor and will be promoted by Mondiale Publishing as well as specifically targeted at RIBA member architects. All seminars will be free to attend.

Paul James, editor of mondo*arc, stated: "Mondiale Publishing are delighted with the backing from RIBA. We believe that the CPD seminars are a vital tool for architects interested in learning about lighting."

Joni Tyler, head of CPD, said: "RIBA is pleased to be working with Mondiale Publishing on this event. We are delighted to be able to highlight the many excellent lighting CPD seminars from our member companies and to be able to bring their technologically innovative work to a wider audience.".
