ARX ZA Series
For the ZA Series, ARX design engineers chose a conventional toroidal transformer based Linear Power Supply coupled with 'Headroom Enhance' circuitry based on their core ISC (Interactive System Control) error correction technology, which provides maximum power output levels under all AC mains supply voltages and rated load conditions, eliminating Output Stage clipping. Over the years ARX engineers have done intensive research into amplifier protection systems. The ZA Series has a re-settable High Current switched protection circuit that instantly disconnects the speakers when a potentially damaging signal is detected. New Input delay muting circuitry eliminates switch on/switch off noise during system power up & down. Designed from the concept stage up using extensive computer modelling, a compact, efficient toroidal transformer and ARX's exclusive Ultra Fin Heatsink, the ZA Series has been designed to satisfy the most demanding professional applications. The four models in the ZA series offer from 100W per Ch through to 250 W per channel also available is the ZAT series of 100V & 70.7V Constant Voltage Transformer units.
