Frontier Lighting - Armourlite The ArmourLite is an intrinsically safe lamp. It incorporates the most robust and efficient light sources available - LED's - in an almost indestructible housing of marine grade '316' stainless steel with an armoured glass lens. Although rugged, the ArmourLite is extremely attractive with it's' low profile, highly polished bevelled front. Originally conceived for marine applications it is equally suited to numerous other outdoor and indoor applications. The New ArmourLite Magnet Base is used for fast and easy installation of the ArmourLite Intrinsically safe lamp. Absolutely perfect for the Oil Rig market, making it simplicity itself to install them with no problems at all, its great value for money. Making it so that the ArmourLite can just be placed onto metal surfaces and considered "done", and with such a high magnetic strength that it cannot be removed and stolen. It's the answer to any installation problems that could arise from having to drill into steel girders etc. The magnet base has a surprisingly high load bearing capability of 150Kg! Easily enough to withstand anything but the strongest of events which may try to remove the ArmourLite from its place of operation. |
