The Pixi Range of luminaires and accessories includes two key products for the architectural feature lighting market: Pixi-Led and Pixi-Bulb. Pixi-Led luminaires can be cable or surface mounted. They are perfect for creating pixelated walls of light, similar to video walls. The big difference is that Pixi-Led can flow around contours and make three dimensional shapes. The fixtures use new "point-source" RGB colour mixing which creates both an exceptionally bright white light output and, with their consistent colour mixing ability, provides an enhanced colour palette with a superior range of pastel colours and tints. To ensure future compatibility, Pixi-Led is both DMX512-A and RDM compatible. It has both temperature and voltage sensors that report the status of each unit back to the controller to facilitate accurate monitoring of the units. In combination with the Colour-Tramp control system, Pixi-Led spearheads the convergence of lighting and video. Live video can be rendered in real time to the Pixi-Leds and combined with dynamic lighting effects.
Pixi-Bulb is the smaller version, measuring just 19 mm diameter. It allows a much higher packing ratio and therefore higher resolution video effects.
