The SGM PALCO is a colour-change LED projector for both indoor and outdoor applications which combines 49 high-power Luxeon LEDs as its light source. PALCO creates an evenly diffused light beam, ideal for illuminating large areas, with remote precision-control of all main characteristics: luminous intensity, (RGB) colour mixing, colour temperature.
The exclusive design, extremely compact lines and environmental protection to IP65 make the PALCO ideal for either permanent or temporary installation in a wide range of applications. PALCO is also the ideal means for dynamically colouring backdrops in contexts such as theatre, television and photography studios.
PALCO comes in two versions: PALCO 5 (5W/1W LEDs, luminous flux 2,800 Lumens) and PALCO 3 (3W/1W LEDs, luminous flux 2,200 Lumens). The five interchangeable lenses (8°, 25°, 40°, elliptical 10° x 22° vertical and horizontal) offer various projection angles and allow PALCO fixtures to be used at different distances from the object to be illuminated. Additive RGB colour mixing, obtained using a matrix of red, green and blue LEDs, offers an endless range of colour combinations, from the deepest to the softest colours, with effective control of their tone. All PALCO functions can be controlled via industry standard USITT DMX512 serial digital signal or proprietary RS 232 serial protocol.
