    iguzzini i24
i24 was designed by Renzo Piano Building Workshop to meet the lighting requirements of the new Milan offices of Il Sole 24 Ore, the financial daily of Confindustria. Renzo Piano won the 1998 contest for this project.

The fitting has an asymmetrical optic with maximum intensity at 60¡ with respect to the vertical axis. This makes it possible to place the fittings close to the ceiling and at the same time obtain excellent illuminance uniformity values. These characteristics enable i24 to offer the highest possible visual comfort and solve all luminance problems in working environments, besides creating excellent light uniformity in the public spaces of the new offices of Il Sole 24 Ore.

The fitting can be either wall-mounted by means of aluminium arms or suspended by means of aluminium rods - with internal passage of the electrical cable and ceiling base for the electrical connection.

The fitting uses lamps T16 that ensure good energy saving.

The lighting body is made of extruded aluminium, the reflector of superpure aluminium and the end caps of polycarbonate.
