Grand Blazer

  • 40ml Grand Marnier Cuvee du Centenaire
  • 25ml Bourbon
  • 10ml Chambord
  • 3 raspberries
  • 3 blackberries
  • slice orange peel
  • small spoon sugar
Method: Place all ingredients, except the Chambord, in a snifter glass. Rest the glass over hot water, turning to heat. Light and stir for 15 seconds, add Chambord and extiniguish light. Transfer into a snifter and serve warm.
