1 pinch salt, pepper & celery salt 2 dashes Tabasco sauce 3 dashes Worcestershire sauce 1 wedge fresh lemon (squeezed) 2 shots Absolut Pepper 3 shots premium tomato juice Method: Build, stir and serve in a highball with ice. Garnish with celery. Add more depth of flavour by adding fresh basil, coriander or a drizzle of Sherry or Port.
