Kafir & Ginger Highball

- 50ml Hendrick's Gin
- 25ml ginger syrup
- 30ml fresh lemon juice
- 25ml simple syrup
- 50ml water
Method: Shake and strain into an ice filled highball glass, garnish with lemon wheel and kafir lime leaf.
