    Fire and Ice

    • 30ml Havana Anejo
    • 10ml Wray & Nephew Overproof
    • 15ml honey syrup
    • 12ml lime juice
    • 30ml champagne
    • cinnamon to dust

      Method: Heat and flame Overproof in a cocktail glass, flame-dust with cinnamon. Shake other ingredients and douse the flame with it. Top with champagne, garnish with a flamed orange zest.
